Pricing controls, expenses and calculation details

The annual goal is a steady-state planning target. The revenue pace annualizes actual receipts; it is not a guaranteed year-end forecast. The minimum margin funds operating expenses, payment fees, retained business profit and pre-tax founder payouts.

Saving a plan updates these checkpoints. Publishing separately changes the official pricing target.

How to read this comparison

Groups use the current final project type on each deal, not an email-domain guess. These controls affect only this comparison, not the other funnel charts. “Selected completed weeks” groups deals by creation date; use “All deals to date” to include current-week deals.

Paid revenue includes only successful Stripe payments explicitly linked to these deals, net of refunds, across their payment history—not just payments collected in the selected period. Missing links mean unavailable attribution, not zero revenue. Win rate uses won ÷ (won + lost) within the deal cohort.

Historical records were not automatically classified. Kristy’s changes appear after the next successful reporting sync.

Open this view to load technician evidence.

Rolling 13-week evidence. W/L/open uses one deal-created cohort; accepted means a recorded technician response, not installation scheduled. Provisional scores never mean perfect quality.

Customer feedback coverage

Legacy contact-only feedback is preserved but not assigned to a technician by guesswork. New secure survey links record job and tech identity; sending remains manual.

    Complaint checker and data health

Classifier covers deal-associated tickets, inbox conversations and call notes. Ambiguous attribution is not a confirmed tech complaint.
